PLACE AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
At Sylveren, you can pay using all major credit and debit cards, PayPal Express Checkout, and Klarna. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online using your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your data is encrypted with SSL and sent directly to the network of our credit card provider, where your card and the transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your card details are not stored on our servers.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please contact us at info@sylveren.com if you do not receive your tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing your payment.
How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You will typically receive the tracking number the day after your order is shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@sylveren.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.
For a list of final sale items, please check our return policy. All returns must be in their original condition with the packaging intact.
What happens if the items received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us at info@sylveren.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, or defective items. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references to the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long does the return process take?
The return process can take up to 10 business days from when we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
